1、高浓度电解质
如氯化钾、硫酸镁等。10%氯化钾注射液10ml内含氯化钾1g，推注后血钾浓度立即上升，损害心肌可引起患者猝死。10%或25%硫酸镁注射液应稀释后静脉注射，否则可能引起呼吸抑制，甚至导致呼吸麻痹。
?2、神经肌肉接头阻滞药
氨基糖苷类抗生素如阿米卡星、庆大霉素、链霉素、核糖霉素、妥布霉素、奈替米星等，多黏菌素B、林可霉素、直接静脉推注可发生神经肌肉接头阻滞，引起呼吸抑制。
??3、非水溶剂药物
如氢化可的松注射液、氯霉素注射液的溶剂为乙醇溶液，禁止静脉推注。氨茶碱、苯妥英钠、利多卡因、维生素K1等静脉推注速度过快可引起死亡。?
?4、局部刺激明显的药物
①万古霉素、去甲万古霉素局部刺激强烈，可引起局部剧痛、静脉炎和组织坏死，静脉推注易增加药品的不良反应率，如“红颈综合征”、血栓性静脉炎、低血压等；
②氟喹诺酮类、乳糖酸红霉素、磷霉素、亚胺培南/西司他丁等，静脉推注易发生静脉炎，故采用静脉滴注并控制滴速。
??5、供肌内注射的药品
如普鲁卡因青霉素、苄星青霉素、维生素B1、维生素B12等标示用法为肌内注射的药品，仅供肌内注射，不能静脉推注。
